Child Session (0-14 yrs old)- 30 minutes/ $40

Children's sessions are done slightly differently. Depending on the child's age, I engage them in a breathwork activity to gently relax and ease them into the session.  Due to limited hand placements & attention span, sessions are 30 minutes long.

Distant Session- 30 minutes / $25

The session is done remotely and is just as effective as in-person. I will initialize the session with a phone call to discuss any concerns you may have, whether they be emotional or physical, to focus on during the session.

DURING OUR SESSION:

-Think of any physical or emotional issues you may have and wish to work on

-I ask that you come with an open mind and willing to receive whatever it is that you need during this time

-Relax fully and give yourself over to the energy

AFTER OUR SESSION:
-It is important to drink lots of water after a session
-Refrain from alcohol & processed foods
Allow your body to rest & incorporate a self- care routine (meditation, walking, bath)
-You may experience a cleansing period that includes headaches, fatigue, emotional releases
-We can discuss your experience and schedule another session if necessary
-I will be available to contact any time after the session if you have questions
